Brain injury has a devastating impact on children and their families. Should families need to seek advice from a legal professional following a child’s brain injury, it is really important that the professional has the necessary experience in handling such complex cases.
The Child Brain Injury Trust have developed this brand new ‘Directory of Legal Services’ as a guide for those parents seeking legal advocacy for their child.

The ‘Directory of Legal Services’ features information and contact details for many of the UK’s leading Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury law firms. Members have been vetted by a panel which assessed each application. Firms have also agreed to abide to a code of conduct that has been set out by the Child Brain Injury Trust.
We must stress that the Directory is a guide for families. The Child Brain Injury Trust cannot be held responsible for any advice given by firms featuring in the Directory.
If you feel that a member of this Directory has not behaved according to our Code of Conduct, please contact info@cbituk.org.
The directory is also available in a booklet format. You can request your copy by emailing info@cbituk.org.
If you would like your firm to be represented in the Child Brain Injury Trust Legal Directory, please contact rachelritter@cbituk.org for an application form.
Firms must pass a strict vetting process before inclusion.
