Stefania hosted a phenomenal concert at HJA in November last year, celebrating Chopin’s bicentenary. This year, she performed a collection of Romantic Ballads from her favourite composers.

The Duncan Family

A big thank you to Sam & Rhonda Duncan who organised a Charity Quiz Night in May. The event was held in the Travellers Inn at Drumahoe. The family works with our Child & Family Support Team in Northern Ireland and the family raised £517 to support their local project.

The Brenchley Family & Friends

Back in 2010, this family suffered the loss of their teenage son Tom who was fatally injured in a scooter accident. Since then, Tom’s friends and family have worked together to raise funds to support other children and young people affected by brain injury.

Family friends, Ollie King and Steven Gadd have just returned from cycling from London to Paris and have raised thousands of pounds as well as completing this gruelling challenge.

The family are also organising a 5-a-side football match in June to raise even more much needed funds for the Child Brain Injury Trust. We would like to say a huge thank you to the Brenchley family for their continued support.

Compass Costs Consultants

For the past 2 years, the firm has organised a charity golf day and donated the proceeds to the Child Brain Injury Trust.

This year, the firm’s golf day raised £1000 and we would like to say thank you for continuing to support our work.

Dinner at the House of Lords

On January 20th, 80 guests joined the Child Brain Injury Trust and Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA) at an exclusive dinner at the House of Lords.

The evening was hosted by our Patron, The Lord Hastings of Scarisbrick and sponsored by PI Costing PLC and Frenkel Topping.

So far, the event has raised over £15,000 which is being divided between the two charities.

Trisha Nutter

Without revealing Trisha’s age (!), she recently celebrated a significant birthday. Trisha had a big party and instead of people giving her presents, she asked them to donate to the Child Brain Injury Trust.

So far, Trisha’s birthday donations have raised hundreds of pounds and we are very grateful!

Adidas Half Marathon

On Sunday 6th March, Dave Stones and two of his colleagues took part in this amazing half marathon at Silverstone. All 3 friends crossed the finish line and their sponsorship money is still coming in.

We’d like to say a big thank you to Dave, David and Jon for all of their hard work both fundraising and training for this event.
