It doesn't have to involve planes, bikes, running shoes or trek boots. Even a sponsored swim can help raise vital funds, and as a certain supermarket says, every little helps.
Challenge 21
To help us celebrate 21 years of supporting families affected by childhood acquired brain injury we are hoping to encourage people of all ages and abilities to get involved in helping us raise an astonishing £210,000 during 2012.
Wouldn’t it be great to be part of a brilliant campaign that raises money but is also about celebrating achievement and having fun at the same time?
All you need to do is come up with an idea that involves the number 21 and then raise money through sponsorship and donations for the Child Brain Injury Trust.

Parachuting
Imagine standing at the edge of an open doorway in an aircraft flying at 10,000 feet! The noise of the engines and the wind ringing in your ears with only the outline of distant fields below. Now imagine leaning forward out of that doorway and letting go.
Running Events

Cycling Challenges
The ever popular London to Paris Charity Bike Ride is back and the next available tour date is the 27th – 31st July 2011. You’ll need to pay a £99 deposit to secure your place and the sponsorship requirement for this challenge is £1350.
Trek Events
For a country with the biggest population in the world China remains largely untouched by the West and now is your opportunity to discover it's hidden charms on our charity China trek. It is a beautiful country steeped in tradition, history and mythology.
